It’s Animal Shelter and Rescue Appreciation Week. Montgomery County Councilmembers Marilyn Balcombe and Kristin Mink stopped by the Montgomery County Adoption and Animal Service to present a proclamation to the staff for their tireless work. The Councilmembers also got a tour to see how the facility is operated.
