Their eyes have been open about a week. They are more coordinated every day! They are showing more and more of what will be their adult coloration–less tan, and more white on the undersurface, and brown on top, with white feet and a black tip to their tails. They are starting to vocalize–chirps of alarm, whines, and little trills of pleasure or playfulness. We have put lots of natural objects in their cage, and they love to explore and play. There is a dish of mealworms, as well as meat and kittenfood. They do not like mealworms.
