Soft Stoat Pelt is a part of The Stoat Hunt.
It’s located in Tiragarde Sound Foxhollow Woods on Kul Tiras isle.
To get Soft Stoat Pelt you have to dig in Stoat Den in the surrounding area, 2-3 Faintstep Stoat will appear from each den which you have to kill to collect pelts. Dens can be found near Cragbound Fox.
