I made this educational video with the intention to break down a lot of the important general information you should know prior to introducing a raw diet to your ferrets. One of the most common problems with feeding a raw diet is that some neglect to give them a *balanced* diet from a variety of sources which can cause health problems in the long term because your ferrets will be nutrient deficient. This is why some veterinarians will turn away from the idea of raw feeding unless this process is done correctly. Be sure to do further research before implementing this type of diet because there is a lot more involved but do not be overwhelmed with the learning curve because it is well worth the journey.
